Top exercise App

Tried a few others. This one is heads and shoulders and biceps above all others. ;-) I turn on Tunein radio to catch up on the news in the AM. I use music playlists in the PM. Such a charm to use.

Love the videos, the ability to control not just level but workout intensity.

Keeps me engaged

I really like that there are varying workouts, as it prevents me from getting bored; being able to create workouts based on ones fitness level is great. The examples for each exercise are EASY to follow, and very very helpful. I like the visual cues for the time for each exercise and the workout. The voice over is easy to understand, pleasant, and natural. I like that I can use this workout along with my favourite music. So very easy and enjoyable to use. Excellent design!

This app is great! The workouts are always different and very clear. Time isnt wasted explaining either. It gives a calorie burned number and lets you set fitness level and equipment you have to use. Im so glad I found this app!!

I love that you can swap out exercises, in case youre travelling and dont have weights etc. All their workout apps are just perfect. This one is great for busy days. NO excuses! Work it.

Could be Improved

The workouts are good and are simple enough for me to do. On my device (iPhone 5s) though, it doesnt tell me how many calories I burned, and it keeps putting me back to beginner day 2 when I open the app no matter where I was before. Its annoying to scroll back to the workout I left off at.

So short I dont dread it

Ok the time it takes to do the workout is really what motivates me to do it. And it is still challenging. Love it.

Frustrating

Not sure why I have to sign in again every day?

A Good Foundation but...

I’ve been looking for an app like this to workout on my own and find this a good start but there are a couple of features that would make it great: allow the user to set more than one repetition of the workout (I’d like to workout for more than 7 minutes); and allow the speakers to be used on the iPhone rather than having to use earplugs. I’ll keep using this one but I’ll keep looking for others that fit my complete needs.

New version requires registration, otherwise perfect

I love this app, and have been using it for around a year now. Great to look at, tons of workout options, and good control of the sequence mid-workout. Works well on my "ancient" iPhone 4S. One complaint: the latest version requires registration to use.
