A Good Foundation but...
I’ve been looking for an app like this to workout on my own and find this a good start but there are a couple of features that would make it great: allow the user to set more than one repetition of the workout (I’d like to workout for more than 7 minutes); and allow the speakers to be used on the iPhone rather than having to use earplugs. I’ll keep using this one but I’ll keep looking for others that fit my complete needs.
