Used to use this app. But ever since it has required you to create an account it has gone to the dustbin.

Why not?

I usually am kind of skeptic for this kind of WO but this one seems to be effective so I say: lets try and give it a chance!

Almost good

As an électronic trainer, it is very well thought, easy to use, with Nice exercices. But I think that there is a missing function in that app... There should be an alarm to set every day on a hour, i.g. to remind the athlete that at 1 pm he has to push up or sthg else. Hoping the developpers will take care of my note !

Great!

This is the app I had been waiting for! You can say what you want but it is much more motivating to hear a human voice leading the exercises (and to watch a nice fitness trainer on your screen!...") than reading text. My only regret is that there is no indication as regards breathing either by voice or with a clever animation on the screen. I have become quite addicted and never miss a day! And god knows how lazy I normal am...

Another great Lolo app!

Im enjoying these short, intense workouts. I especially like that I can focus on body weight exercises, for when Im away from home.

Nice!

Most complete app of them all. Schedule, level of training, tools and variety of exercice, its the one you want. Needs a button to repeat the whole set at will. Some issues with music sync. But overall very convincing!

What a way to start the day!

I love the LOLO apps...lots of direction and instructions given (or at least quick videos of the exercise to show you how). 7 min first thing in the morning get my body moving and the adrenaline flowing - helps me get going for the day. Even on those dreary dark days we have in Canadas North are made better with a bit of exercise, not too much so as to wear you out before your day starts but enough to let you know youve already been working and doing something good for yourself. I like to follow up the 7 min with the LOLO Treadmill app, another 15 min - and I have a routine that works for me. When I want to push things a bit farther, I use the LOLO Boot Camp app. To get a healthier me - I can never stop starting if I want to age gracefully!

Will make you sweat!

There is a great variety of exercises to keep these routines fresh and interesting! You can choose to have no break between exercises in the settings to amp up the intensity and make this a true 7 Minute Workout (otherwise it adds an extra 10 second break and takes about 10 minutes). If you work every exercise hard, you will be sweating when you finish!

Simply Incredible

This app is amazing! Ive tried other exercise apps but they either have to little instruction or you need certain equipment that most people dont have. This app makes it easy and fun to stay in shape!

Never thought it would work but if you do it right you work a sweat haha !

Great mini work out!

Fantastic! Between working full time and being a mom at home, its easy to fit this in after the kids go to bed. I feel improvements after only a week!
