I love the LOLO apps...lots of direction and instructions given (or at least quick videos of the exercise to show you how).
7 min first thing in the morning get my body moving and the adrenaline flowing - helps me get going for the day.
Even on those dreary dark days we have in Canadas North are made better with a bit of exercise, not too much so as to wear you out before your day starts but enough to let you know youve already been working and doing something good for yourself. I like to follow up the 7 min with the LOLO Treadmill app, another 15 min - and I have a routine that works for me.
When I want to push things a bit farther, I use the LOLO Boot Camp app.
To get a healthier me - I can never stop starting if I want to age gracefully!
