It is interesting. I can do short workout following it without considering the duration.
Grate for the morning workout :)
Very cool app, various exercises every time, and not just boring drill. Love it.
1. App makes background music less loud, and voice instructions are just shouting this way! ) I listen to an internet radio usually so please fix. 2. No possibility to play video instructions separately. I have to view them, then go back on the previous step and then step forward again. Very inconvenient...
Great for when you are traveling or cant go to the gym. Worth every penny!
I love everything about this app....except for one thing, hence the 4 star rating...whats wrong with the volume??? I have to keep the phone close to my ear if I have to hear anything...which is a huge setback, please, pretty please do something about this...
Perfect to stay in fit during travels.
It would be nice to have warm up and stretching options
I am in the first week of using this app and I can see the benefits. If only the app would recognize when the phone is in portrait position so I dont have to watch the videos sideways. Fix that and youll get a 5-star rating!
I absolutely LOVE my 7 minute LoLo! I dont have time for much and what I do have time for is often too much for the nerve damage in my back. Follow this up with some yoga, and its a winner every time.
Nice app, easy, fast – its great!
The best part about the app is also its worst part, which is a shame because these guys put in a lot of handwork. i applaud them but it still falls short. here’s the deal: the app gives you a great variety of exercises so that that you can mix and match your 7 minute workout. it also shows you a video of someone performing the exercise. this is fantastic. you can a) vary your exercise and b) choose from a wide variety. some interesting variations from your standard body-weight pushup, sit-ups, etc. the problem is, the app doesn’t save your routine. so, all the work that you put into creating the perfect routine is lost. you have to do it over again each time and that kills the spontaneity at the heart of “7 minute workouts.” you can do it in a snap. for me, saving my workout is crucial. i have a serious knee injury and have to specify certain exercises over others. allow users to save their workouts/exercises and you have a five star app, no doubt.
Fantastic app - easy to use, demonstrations of exercises utilize great form, no excess "stuff" to wade through - gets you right to your workout!!!
Nice workout in only 7 minutes! You can do this morning, noon, and night for an all over workout. I like you can change the exercise if you dont have the right equipment or unable to do the exercise. I really like the lolo apps.
Really great
Ive just started trying the seven minute exercise routine, and I found this app extremely helpful. I like the broad variety of exercises it has, as well as the option of exchanging exercises on a particular day, defining what equipment I have available, changing the intensity of the workout on the fly, adding an adaptive playlist, etc. I also appreciate the little demo videos of the exercises. Having it guide me through the routine is also great, and I like that I can (but dont have to) log reps for each exercise. I feel like Im getting a good workout each time (Im certainly breathing hard by the end & feeling it the rest of the day). However, the fact that it completely resets the days routine anytime you exit the app (e.g., exit to home screen, turn off the phone, phone sleeps on its own). Fix that and Ill be a happy camper.
Love it Ive never had an exercise program get my heart pumping and muscles burning in 7 min! Awesome! Cause you can always find 7 min!
At first 7 minutes and 70-or-so calories dont seem to be significant, but when done consistently you do feel the difference -- more toned muscles and feeling stronger and better overall. For weight loss you need to couple it with a longer cardio workout though.
I had this app on my phone for months before I finally began using it two weeks ago. My original thinking was, "how could a 7-min workout with no gym equipment be stimulating or challenging in any way?". Boy was I wrong! I use Lolo 7-min every other morning right when I wake up and it kicks my butt GOOD! The nice thing is you can adjust the intensity level, but even at the preset mid-level intensity this app rocks the body hard. I downloaded on my wifes phone and she enjoys the lower end intensity. In any case, what you get for your money is a slightly different workout every time you turn on the app (my one complaint is that if you get a call or need to switch out of the app momentarily, your current lineup of exercises are replaced with new ones). The exercises are all good, and sweat-inducing, and by the end of your workout, you really feel satisfied for the little time it took you to get off your couch and do something good for your body!
